Former Windsor branch of the Bank of NSW (now Westpac) is located at 146 George Street, Windsor, New South Wales.
Westpac (formerly Bank of New South Wales), Windsor Branch celebrated its 150th anniversary earlier this month (December 2008). The branch was established due to the agitation of leading identities such as members of the Tebbutt and Cox families. The last manager to live in the old building on the corner of Kable Street and Windsor Mall was Neville Gray and his wife Barbara.
The Windsor branch was opened in November 1858 on the corner of George and Kable Streets. The Georgian building was replaced by the red brick Georgian Revival building in 1936. Banking operations closed on this site in 2007, moving into the newly constructed Riverview shopping centre further down George Street.
