Blue Hills Tea Rooms were operated by Jim and Mary Grice in 1953-54 from premises constructed from Clark’s Bricks. The building was located along the front alignment of their soldier settlement house on Bell’s Line of Road, Kurmond. The tea rooms have been demolished but the home still stands as part of Johnston’s Service Station.
