The howling of a pack of performing dogs (which have been on exhibition in Windsor for a few nights) is a source of great annoyance to persons living in the vicinity of Cheeseman’s Corner. If it is to continue people will be up in arms, and will either slay the dogs or indite the owner for creating a public nuiscance'.
