Hotel located in Windsor Street, Richmond opposite Richmond Park, ‘First class accommodation in modern premises, continental cuisine, modern drinking lounge with nightly entertainment and dancing’.

One of the prettiest ferneries in the district is that at the rear of the Commercial Hotel, and Mrs Cobcroft has displayed much taste in the manner of arrangement and design of the fernery. In summer time it will give the place, once a sun-scorched back yard, a cool and inviting appearance.
