Hawkesbury People & Places Conrad Street is a road located in the town of Richmond, New South Wales which runs from Paget Street, thence in a south-easterly direction, crossing Moray Street and ending in a T-intersection with Bourke Street. On 13 April 1888 the NSW Government Gazette published the notice that several unnamed streets had now been named by the Richmond Borough Council. Apart from serving on Richmond Council, Dr Louis Conrad Jockel was a well-respected medical practitioner. Dr Jockel died at his residence in March Street at the early age of 37, little more than a month later.
