Dargle

On the eastern shore of the Hawkesbury at the downstream end of Cambridge Reach near Lower Portland. A locality associated with the house built in 1831 by Andrew and Sophia Doyle, an Irishman transported for his involvement in the rebellions of 1798 and 1801.
