Main homestead built 1922, slab building predates this structure. The property was in private hands until it was resumed by Gosford City Council in 1973 in preparation for the construction of the Mangrove Creek Dam. Part of the Dubbo Gully settlement area which includes remnants of St Thomas’ Church and Cemetery.
