Advertisement for the sale of the farm of 120 acres occupied by James Foody, opposite Asterly’s Mill, on the banks of the Hawkesbury River near Gunderman Creek. Land is described as being nearly all cleared, includes a comfortable dwelling house and other suitable buildings, also additional 40 acres detached from but nearby the 120 acres.
