Located at 10 Grenville Street, Pitt Town New South Wales, Grenville Cottage is important as a surviving Victorian cottage which contributes to the nineteenth century character of Pitt Town.
Grenville Cottage, constructed about 1890 is a small Victorian cottage with a steeply pitched hipped roof. A skillion verandah is on the east (Grenville Street) side and a deep rear skillion. The original rendered brick walls have been covered with cladding. There is a brick chimney at the rear of the house.
The house has a symmetrical front with 2 over 2 pane double hung windows flanking the front door.
