We hear that Mr. James Byram has purchased from Mrs Beard the two-storey house on the Terrace, till recently occupied by Mr F. Liddle, and understand that Mr Byram will have the place thoroughly renovated and live there.

Mr.J. C. Byram is having his, his two-storied, residence on The Terrace, Windsor, demolished, and intends to have erected thereon an up-to-date and modern cottage.

Two building applications have been received during the past fortnight. Mr. J. Byram is applying to build a five-roomed cottage on The Terrace, Windsor, on the site of the two-storied house which is being demolished; Mrs. Manning is making application for additions to cottage in Glebe-street. I would recommend that both these applications be granted.
