Malcolms Woodburn Estate was a subdivision of land by Mr Malcolm in Kurrajong, New South Wales which was advertised for sale by auction in October 1927.

Subdivision plan showing Malcolms Woodburn Estate, Kurrajong for the auction sale on the ground at 3.45 p.m. Saturday, 15th October 1927. Plan includes sold and reserve prices for the portions of land in the vicinity of Kurrajong and Woodburn Roads, Kurrajong. Also shows property Woodburn backing onto Little Wheeny Creek.
Part of the Woodburn Estate was sold at Auction for over $8 milion dollars on 14 December 2021.
