Mangrove Mountain

Mangrove Mountain was a name which arose in 1830s when the first roads were built between Mangrove Creek and the Brisbane Water area. Mangrove Mountain was used to differentiate between Mangrove Creek and the higher plateau (the mountain) above the creek.
