Farm known as ‘Milton’ advertised for sale, located on Myrtle Creek (now Mill Creek), 50 acres, together will tidal flour mill, presently occupied by Charles Douglass, substantial stone two storey dwelling house close to the mill, mill capable of doubling its work with enterprising management and moderate expenditure, close proximity to Macdonald and Hawkesbury Rivers.
