Olive Mount Public School

Known as Olive Mount until August 1900 when it was renamed Maroota, operated as a house-to-house school from June 1891 until December 1892, then operated as a half-time school with several other small local schools. Opened as a provisional school in September 1922 until June 1925 and again from June 1934 until August 1952. It was upgraded to a public school in September 1952 until the present time.
