Purchased by D H Reay in 1899 this property now forms part of Richmond High School. The house was resumed by the Department of Education in 1951 and demolished in 1963.

Harry Reay’s bakehouse adjacent to the house was the place where people would leave their Sunday roast on the way to church and pick it up after the service.
