Report which detailed the names of cemeteries which were to be handed over to Windsor Municipal Council under the Local Government (Control of Cemeteries) Ammendment Act 1966 was submitted at the last council meeting by the Dept of Local Government. They were the general cemeteries in Dight Street Richmond (15 acres), Ham Street, South Windsor (18 acres) and Pitt Town (20 acres).
