The hon. Secretary of the St Albans Progress Association, Dr Dos Santos, has received the following letter:- ‘Sydney, 2nd April. Dear Sir, - I am informed by the Minister for Works that the local officer has been instructed to invite tenders for the public well at St Albans. Yours truly, John Norton’.
