Sunnyside Farm

Sunnyside Farm was located on what is now Singleton Road, Laughtondale, east of Wisemans Ferry, NSW. The farm comprising 50 acres on the southern bank of the Hawkesbury River was situated on Portion 22, Parish of Frederick, County of Cumberland. The Parish map dated 1835 shows J Sullivan and the Parish map for 1951 shows Elizabeth Sullivan as the title holder to this portion of land. The Parliamentary Return of Landholders for the Windsor District dated 1885, lists Thomas Stewart jnr as landholder of Sunnyside Farm.
