Auction sale of The Garden Hut estate to be offered in 9 allotments on Friday 2 December 1898 following the decease of Mr George Hill, land of about 2 acres fronting Paget, Windsor, Francis Streets and adjoining the land of Rev Dr Cameron. The land is fenced, cleared and planted. On the block is a small brick cottage.
