Vineyard Progress Association

At the last meeting of the Vineyard Progress Association it was resolved to alter the name of the Association to The Vineyard and Mulgrave Progress Association. Messrs J B Miller, W Hession, and J B Johnston were appointed trustees, through Mr Hall, M P, to the pump and well on the Mulgrave Road. The secretary wrote asking the department to put some blinding over the metal on the Windsor Road, near McGrath’s Hill, and received an answer to the effect that such would only spoil the road'.
