‘At the Windsor Rifle Range on Wednesday afternoon, an inter-club match took place between the teams of the Civilian Rifle Club captained by Mr F J Mortley and Mr Moses, snr. The conditions were: 8 men aside, 7 shots each at 500 and 600 yards respectively. Mr Mortley’s team won.’
