Also known as Windsor Municipal Library.
Building located at 20 Fitzgerald Street, Windsor has had a variety of uses since being erected by Windsor Municipal Council. It was opened by the Mayor of Windsor on 26 November 1953 as Windsor Library and from 1972 when the local government areas of the Municipality of Windsor and Colo Shire joined together as Windsor-Colo Joint Library Service. In 1980 the library was relocated to new premises in Dight Street and in 2005 to the Deerubbin Centre in George Street.
The Fitzgerald Street building has also been used as a baby health centre, the Hawkesbury Creative Arts Centre and is now a medical centre.
